Application forms can be obtained from the college office/ city office on any working day between 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM on payment of Rs. 500/- in cash or DD of any nationalized bank in favour of SHASWAT INSTITUTE OF TEACHER’S EDUCATION payable at Ranchi. It should be duly filled-in and signed by the candidate. Incomplete application form is subject to rejection. Candidates have to submit the application form along with required documents as written below:-
Attested photocopy of the Matriculation/ICSE/CBSE pass certificate showing the date of birthAttested photocopy of Matriculation/ICSE/CBSE mark sheet.
Attested photocopy of mark sheet & pass certificate of I.A./I.Sc./I.com/+2 degree
Attested photocopy of mark sheet & pass certificate of Bachelor degree/ Master degree
Two recent colour passport size photograph (One to be pasted on application form)
Two self addressed and stamped (Rs. 7/-) envelops size 5”x8” for correspondence
Attested photocopy of caste certificate and residential certificate issued by competent authority not below the rank of SDO
Medical Certificate from CMO for physical handicapped
Attested photocopy of Migration Certificate if student is not from Ranchi University.
Original copy of CLC/DLC of last Institute and Migration Certificate have to submit at the time of Admission.
OR download application form from the website www.shaswatfoundation.org. Duly filled Application Form along with testimonials and with a DD of Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of SHASWAT INSTITUTE OF TEACHER’S EDUCATION payable at Ranchi, should be submitted at college office/ city office personally or by Registered Post on any working day between 10.00 AM to 4.00 AM. All original certificates should be brought for verification by the candidate at the time of admission. Incomplete and late application form or furnishing false information will be rejected without giving any information to the concerned candidate. No correspondence will be entertained in this respect.
Admission Process
Admission will be on the basis of academic qualification as per merit and reservation norms of Government of Jharkhand. In case of non-availability of candidates under reservation, vacant seats will be filled with OBC candidates and then from General Candidates.
