SITE aims at an integral and personalized training of young men and women, so that they may become intellectually competent morally upright, socially committed, spiritually inspired and nationally dedicated men and women in the development of the state of Jharkhand and India at large. Further, having interiorized these values, they may impart the young students, the same values to become morally sound people and committed citizens of India.
